How long have you been coaching at BMC?
What is your favourite thing about coaching at BMC?
The facility itself is unbelievable! And then we have the members. It’s fascinating how we have a membership base with such like-minded individuals, all very down to earth and supportive of each other. Lastly, my fellow coaches and colleagues – I really enjoy being around these people every working day.

A Biokineticist – I’m really lucky!

I enjoy most Hero Wods, particularly Wods like ‘The Seven’ or even our ‘BMC 12 days of Christmas’ which have a large variety of movements. I can’t say I have least favourite movements, however movements such as the Snatch and Butterfly C2B really challenge me.
