How did you get into CrossFit?
I saw one of my friends competing at a local competition on social media and decided to give CrossFit a go.
What was your first CrossFit experience like?
My intro workout – Baseline left me with a feeling I could never explain and will never forget. I fell in love that night and have never looked back
How long have you been coaching at BMC?
Since November 2018
What is your favourite thing about coaching at BMC?
The free coffee and treats on a Friday. Jokes – I love the freedom I get to express who I am and my style of coaching without limitations which allows me to teach with such passion and pride that I can only hope rubs off on our members.
If you could have any other job in the world, what would it be?
To be any of the Dottirs bag carriers or water bottle holders.
What are your favourite and least favourite WODs/movements?
My favourite Workout is heavy Grace – I love a fast heavy barbell workout.
Least favourite would be chest-to-bar Fran. I’m not a big fan of C2B.

I eat, sleep and chill on the beach
What is one thing you couldn’t live without?
I can’t live without my Forensic Files or crime documentaries before bed. It helps me fall asleep.
