Step 1:
SIGN UP FOR A FREE BMC INTRO SESSION

Fill out the form to the right to schedule a free 60 minute session that will give you an opportunity to come and check out our facility, meet one of our coaches and learn a little bit more about CrossFit and our way of training as well as get some first hand experience with a classic CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day).

Step 2:
CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP OPTION

Have a look at the various membership options we offer. We’ve set up our memberships in a way thats simple to read and easy to understand.

Step 3:
COMPLETE THE BMC ON-RAMP

This four session on-ramp will familiarise you with a number of warm up drills, functional movements and stretches that you could expect to see in our daily CrossFit routines. The aim of the on-ramp is to ease you into our way training and get you comfortable with a number of movements you may have never attempted before throwing you into a regular class.

Once you have completed your on-ramp, you’re free to join in on any class that falls in line with your chosen membership option. Happy training!
