Open gym is a time for you to come in and improve on certain weaknesses or skills you may feel need a little extra work. This is not an opportunity for you to come in and do your own CrossFit programming, but rather a time dedicated to strengthening weak areas you may have – be it gymnastics, strength, lifting etc.
The gym is yours, but please be respectful. Pack away your equipment and leave the gym cleaner than you found it.
There will always be a coach on hand should you need assistance with anything, but note this is not a coached class.
